What payment methods does August Rendo accept?
At Augustrendo.com you can pay via iDeal, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is the status of my order?
You'll receive an email from us with a unique track & trace code. This code allows you to easily track your order and see exactly where it is – from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. This way, you'll always know when to expect your August Rendo sneakers and are assured of a worry-free delivery.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What can I do?
In most cases, we'll send it within 30 minutes. If you haven't received anything after that time, please check your spam or junk mail folder first.
If that's not the case, we're happy to help. You can easily contact our customer service at info@augustrendo.com. We'll make sure you receive your confirmation as soon as possible.
Have you already created a personal account with us? Then you can also find your order in your account section. This way, you always have direct access to your order details.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my sneakers if they don't fit?
Yes, you can return your sneakers within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in the original packaging.
Can I also exchange instead of returning?
Yes, you can choose to exchange your item instead of getting a refund. This is useful if you want a different size or color.
How does the exchange process work?
Register your exchange through our returns portal, select "Exchange" as the reason, and indicate your desired size. Then follow the return instructions.
How long does it take to receive my exchanged sneakers?
Once we've received and processed your return (usually within 2-3 business days), we'll ship you the new pair. The total turnaround time is usually 5-7 business days.
What if the size I want to exchange is no longer in stock?
If the size you require is not available, we will contact you to discuss an alternative solution, such as a refund.
Can I exchange my sneakers if I have worn them for a short time?
No, we can only accept unworn sneakers in their original condition and packaging for exchange.

What is the average delivery time?
The Netherlands
Orders placed and paid before 11pm will be delivered within 1-2 days.
International delivery times

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to easily track your package.
Delivery in the Netherlands
If you're not home during the first delivery attempt, DHL will try again the next day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, your order will be taken to the nearest DHL ServicePoint. Your package will remain there for up to 14 days before being automatically returned.

How can I track my order?
When you place an order, you'll first receive an order confirmation. Your order will then be automatically forwarded to our warehouse, where it will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking link from the carrier. You can use this link to track your shipment.
Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?
Currently, you cannot select an alternative delivery method through our website. However, once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a personal track & trace code from the carrier.
This code gives you access to delivery options and allows you to choose whether to have your package delivered to a collection point, for example. You decide what's most convenient for you.
When you collect your order from a collection point, we always ask you to bring a valid ID. This way, you can be sure your August Rendo order will arrive safely and personally.
Do I have to pay import duties to successfully receive my order?
For orders within the European Union (EU), you don't have to worry about import duties – they don't apply. However, if you place an order from a country outside the EU, you may be charged import duties or additional taxes by the customs authorities of the destination country.
August Rendo is not responsible for any such charges. To avoid surprises, we therefore recommend checking your country's customs laws and import regulations before placing your order. This way, you'll know exactly what to expect and your order will be delivered as smoothly as possible.
