We hope you're happy with your August Rendo purchase. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, you can use our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll find all the terms and conditions and instructions below.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product is unworn , in original condition and provided with all original labels.

The sneakers are returned in the original and undamaged shoe box.

The original packing slip (included with the order) is included in the return shipment.

The return has been registered via our returns portal and provided with the accompanying return label.
Return period
Returns must be registered and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return costs
The costs for returning will not be reimbursed.
Discounted products
Discounted items can also be returned, as long as they meet the return conditions stated above.
Swap
Would you like a different size or a different pair of sneakers? You can easily submit an exchange request through our returns portal. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you the new item free of charge (provided it's in stock).
Return process

Register your return via our returns portal.

Print the return label and stick it on the package.

Add the original packing slip to the box.

Pack the shoebox in a shipping box or protective packaging.

Take the package to the designated shipping point.
Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method within 5-10 business days .
