August Rendo ships worldwide with reliable local shipping partners. All shipments include a track & trace code , so you can easily track your order. In some cases, multiple orders with the same shipping destination are combined into a single shipment, unless otherwise indicated.

Import duties & taxes
For orders within the European Union (EU), no import duties are charged.
For deliveries outside the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or other customs charges . These charges are imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary by country, depending on the value and type of product.
These additional costs are not included in the sales price or shipping costs you pay at checkout through our webshop. All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We therefore advise you to consult the customs regulations and tax rates of your country before placing an order with August Rendo, so that you will not encounter any surprises upon delivery.
Please note: In some cases, the delivery of your package may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures. August Rendo is not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or refusal of the package by local authorities.
Important information
All orders at August Rendo are shipped only after payment has been successfully received and fully approved by our payment provider. This means that the processing time of your order may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any additional verification.
We ship only to physical addresses . Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, as our shipping partners cannot guarantee a signature or delivery.
Each order is accompanied by an official invoice , which shows the full purchase price of the products ordered in euros (€). This invoice is required for administrative purposes, customs inspections, and any returns.
Please note: In accordance with international customs regulations, we are legally required to state the full and correct value of your order on the invoice . Therefore, it is not possible to declare a lower amount or mark the package as a "gift" to avoid import duties. Attempts to circumvent these regulations may result in fines, delays, or confiscation of the package by customs.
Wrong address, not received or returned to sender?
If an order cannot be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address or not being picked up at a collection point) and is returned to us, you will be charged the actual shipping costs . The purchase price of the product will be credited as soon as we receive the return. You will receive a notification once we have received the package.
